Currently, more than 90% of organisations use the cloud computing & GenAI, and the market grew 6+ times in the past decade. This increase is in line with the development of digital products in various fields and products: application, website, social media, and growing.
These advancements can be communication channels for businesses to get closer with their consumers. In addition, djkn.kemenkeu.go.id also explain how digital channels should be applied correctly to:
- Encourage government efficiency
- Restore the declining of public trust
- Be ready to encounter the societal advancement
- Act as means of communication in times of crisis and natural disasters
Meanwhile, a study from Universitas Brawijaya found that that social media can increase interactivity between the government and the public but the local government has not used it to its fullest. Therefore, on Tuesday, June 26th 2024 ICS Pintar conducted a training on Developing Digital Channels of Local Government for employees of Kecamatan Limo, Kelurahan Krukut, Kelurahan Grogol, Kelurahan Meruyung, and Kelurahan Limo. This training was held in Ruang Aula kantor Kelurahan Krukut, kota Depok, Jawa Barat and attended by 19 participants. In this training we also introduced RedPumpkin and demonstrate how they can utilize their digital channels even more by adding GenAI feature in it. Hopefully, with these programs we can empower local governments so that they can serve their society better.
